The brief
Build a money-management tool simple enough for anyone to understand, using open-banking technology.
The recording
- Advised and managed the engineering team, so they could lean on my experience for informed decisions and efficient delivery.
- Oversaw the integration of open-banking partner Plaid, guiding the engineers through it and setting and managing their tasks.
- Made the calls on technical architecture and stack, balancing best practice with shipping on time.
- Advised the CEO and CMO on roadmap, P&L, strategy and technology choices across the business.

The app launched to customers, giving people a simple view of their money through open banking, on the architecture and Plaid integration we put in place.
