The notes

Day job: founder and CEO of Pametan, a specialist fintech and regtech engineering firm working across the UK, US and Canada. Session work: COO and CTO for a credit group that brokers, lends, generates leads and helps people build their credit, and fractional CTO for a banking platform. I've also sat on boards as a non-executive director and advisor.

Born in London, Ontario. I studied computer information science and philosophy at university, came home to London for business school, then swapped it for the other London in 2012. Five years at a performance-marketing network took me from technical integration manager to product director, and I've been leading the band ever since.

I like the hard, regulated tracks: credit bureaus, open banking, payments. My teams ship fast without skipping the security checks, and I keep one eye on the P&L like a producer watching the levels.

I ship regulated products that pass their first audit.

Off the record, you'll find me outdoors with my family, the best band I've ever been in: one marriage, and one son who calls me Daddy. Once the house is quiet, it's the PS5 or the Switch.
